All prices are in British Pounds and include Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes. The cost of transporting goods are based on the shipping location. These costs are not included in the product price and will be paid for additionally by you.
Deliveries & Charges
Orders for items which are in stock will normally be despatched the next working days days. Orders for items which are made to order will normally be despatched within 7 days. Deliveries are normally made within 2-3 working days of despatch via Royal Mail with recorded delivery.
Deliveries within the United Kingdom are £4.50. Deliveries to Europe are £8.50. Deliveries to countries outside of Europe are £11. Whilst we use Royal Mail 1st should not normally take more than one or two days in the UK, please note that this service does not guarantee a delivery date and we cannot be held responsible if delivery takes longer.
All of our products are handmade in small batches by us, with our beauty products having a shelf-life after opening of 12 months. However, you should inspect your products when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find any issues you must tell us as soon as possible before use and refer to our returns policy below for instructions on how to return it to us.
Returns and Refund Policy
All of our products are handmade and packed by our small team to ensure they reach you in great condition. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide a refund as long as you post your returns, unused, back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We do not cover the postage cost of returning your order nor do we refund the carriage charge of the original order.
If, however, you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us within seven days of receipt of your order. Accessories and beauty products must be returned to us unused and in the condition in which you received it. Returned items must be well packaged to avoid damage in the post.
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in the post. If returning items from outside the UK, please clearly mark your package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid any customs charges. We reserve the right to refuse returns if our returns policy is not followed.
All items must be returned to us in accordance with our returns policy before a refund is issued. In the case of faulty/spoiled items we reserve our position until we have had an opportunity to examine the product ourselves. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
